A bike fit isn’t just for professionals—it’s essential for anyone who rides. A properly fitted bike improves comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention, whether you're a casual rider or a serious cyclist. Poor positioning can lead to pain, numbness, and long-term injuries, while a tailored fit optimizes power transfer and endurance. It enhances handling, stability, and overall enjoyment, making every ride smoother and more efficient. A professional bike fit considers your body mechanics, flexibility, and riding style, ensuring your bike works for you—not against you. Investing in a bike fit means riding longer, faster, and pain-free.

Rider Interview
We start by talking about your riding habits, goals, current setup, and any discomfort or issues you're experiencing. Whether it’s knee pain, numb hands, or just feeling “not quite right,” we’ll dig into the details.Physical Assessment & Flexibility/Mobility Screening
This assessment looks at how your body moves—posture, flexibility, joint range, and muscle imbalances. It gives us the insight to shape a bike fit that supports your body, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all position.Saddle Fit & Saddle Height Adjustment
We’ll assess your current saddle and its positioning—checking height, fore/aft placement, and tilt. If needed, we’ll recommend saddle changes to improve comfort and support for longer, more enjoyable rides.Cleat & Shoe Alignment
We adjust cleat position and shoe setup to improve your connection to the pedals, reduce joint strain, and support more natural movement through the knees, hips, and ankles.Bike-Specific Adjustments: Stem, Bars, Cranks & More
We take a deep look at your current cockpit and drivetrain to fine-tune your ride:Stem Length & Angle: We may recommend changing your stem to improve reach, reduce pressure on the hands, and create a more balanced riding position.
Handlebar Width: We evaluate if your current bars match your shoulder width and riding style for better control and reduced strain on your neck and shoulders.
Crank Length: Based on your leg length and mobility, we may suggest alternate crank lengths to improve pedaling efficiency and joint comfort.
Brake/Lever Reach & Bar Rotation: These small changes often make a big difference in control and comfort—especially on longer rides.
This session helps you feel more connected to your bike and ride with greater ease and confidence. Whether you're training, commuting, or riding for wellness, a proper fit can transform your experience.
Optional Follow-Up: Get check-ins or re-adjustments after a few weeks of riding to make sure everything is settling in smoothly.

Rider Interview
We start with a relaxed conversation about your riding experience, goals, preferences, and any current or past discomfort. This helps us understand how you ride—and how your future bike should support that.Physical Assessment & Flexibility/Mobility Screening
We assess your posture, flexibility, mobility, and movement patterns to identify your ideal riding position. This includes spine and hip alignment, shoulder mobility, leg length differences, and more—key factors in creating a comfortable and sustainable fit.Saddle Fit & Saddle Height Adjustment
We evaluate saddle width, shape, and placement to ensure proper support and comfort. Saddle height is carefully adjusted based on leg length, joint mobility, and pedaling dynamics to reduce strain and improve power delivery.Cleat & Shoe Alignment
We dial in your foot-pedal connection by positioning cleats for optimal knee tracking and power transfer. Proper cleat alignment helps prevent hot spots, knee pain, and foot numbness.Component Recommendations: Stem, Bar, Crank & More
We go beyond just frame size—your fit is also influenced by key components:Stem Length & Angle: Affects reach and handling. We’ll recommend a stem length that promotes a balanced posture without overreaching or compromising control.
Handlebar Width: Based on shoulder width and riding style, we recommend bar width that supports breathing, handling, and shoulder comfort.
Crank Length: Often overlooked, crank length can impact hip comfort, pedaling efficiency, and injury risk—especially for riders with specific mobility needs or shorter/longer legs.
These adjustments ensure your new bike is tailored to your body and riding style—not just a best guess based on height charts.
By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with a detailed fit profile and clear guidance on what size frame and components to look for—so you can buy with confidence and start your riding journey feeling great from day one.
